Acceptable use
You must use TheDualWeb lawfully and responsibly. You must not use TheDualWeb to send spam, harass others, process contact information without a lawful basis, check numbers you do not own or have permission to contact, share accounts without authority, distribute unlawful or harmful content, scrape or abuse services, or violate third-party platform terms.
You are responsible for obtaining all permissions, notices, and consents required for your use of contact data, messages, media, and connected accounts.
Connected services
TheDualWeb may interact with third-party services required for a connection or messaging experience. TheDualWeb is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and applicable rules of every connected service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that use violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rules, or the security and reliability of TheDualWeb. You can stop using TheDualWeb and disconnect connected accounts at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
TheDualWeb is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every service, or that results will meet a particular business purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indonesian law.
